This is my third cap that I've had embroidered. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a small problem with the first one, so this time the product didn't look exactly as ordered. But after I was able to clearly and effectively communicate my complaint via email with pictures of all three previous caps, a replacement was arranged very quickly. Hassle-free!
